Looking for lodger(s) who will make the house home.

There is a double room available, for single occupancy:

There is a large double bed, a built in wardrobe,. Shelving, table and chair can be made available if needed. £650 month bills inc.

There is also a single room available with a small built in wardrobe, 8 cube IKEA shelving unit. A table and chair can be made available. £575 per month bills incl.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom, with shower over bath.

Downstairs, the lounge has two sofas and where you are welcome to chill out or watch terrestrial TV.

The kitchen has a large table. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery (many handmade) and cutlery, plus juicer, blender, coffee machine.

The washing machine is in the conservatory.

There is a small front garden.

Out the back there is a 60ft garden. There is secluded seating, a wildlife pond and a patio table.

Looking for someone who is respectful and quiet, yet enjoys sharing food and a good chat.

Friends sometimes bring their dogs when they visit and I occasionally look after them.

Dogs are considered, however dogs that bark a lot are not suitable as it is a mid terrace house.

It is a friendly street, with on-street parking.

It is five mins walk to either end of the high street, bus stop, train and 7 mins to the beach.

I enjoy a dip in the sea all year round.
