Two Double Bedrooms Near Glasgow City Centre

I have two double rooms available in my cosy, spacious Cambuslang flat with use of shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Looking for people who are clean, tidy and sociable!

It is a 3 bedroom flat, I only have one of the rooms taken currently. I currently travel a lot with work and stay with my partner so I would not be living in the flat, so I am looking for two tenants for the two bedrooms (also open to couples).

The rooms are fully furnished:
Room 1: King size bed with storage under the bed, mirror, clothes rail and storage
drawers. (£700/month)

Room 2: Queen size bed with drawers under for storage. It has a large cupboard with a hanging rail and shelve for clothes. There are also multiple sets of drawers and storage cubes in the room. (£650/month)

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cambuslang train station where the train is 10 minutes into Glasgow city centre, and has shops (Morrisons, Farmfoods) within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is plenty of parking available at the flat. Bus stops are also a 5 min walk away from the flat.

Cambuslang Main Street is also a very short walk which has cafes, shops, a Costa, Greggs, etc,

The kitchen has an air fryer and coffee machine to use, and there is a smart tv in the living room which has steaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

The flat also has a balcony with an egg chair.

Bills- the council tax, internet and factors bill will be paid for by me. The gas & electricity are the only bills to be covered- they are pay as you go top up, and generally about £30 a month for each for two/three people!

The rooms will be available from December- Room 1 is available at the start of December and Room 2 in mid December.
