Double Bedroom Near Glasgow City Centre

I have a double room available in my Cambuslang flat with use of shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Looking for a roommate who is clean, tidy and sociable, but also likes their own space too!

There is also a balcony off of the living room which can be used :)

The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, mirror, storage drawers and shelves. There is also a large cupboard with hanging rails and shelves, and also under bed storage drawers.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the train station where the train is 10 minutes into Glasgow city centre, and has shops within 5 minutes walking distance.
Parking is available across from the flat.

The kitchen has an air fryer and coffee machine to use, and there is a smart tv which has steaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

I am looking for a roommate who is okay with dogs as I have a very friendly puppy who would be at the flat a night or two a week!

All bills are included in the rent.
