Double Bedroom Near Glasgow City Centre

I have a double room available in my cosy, spacious Cambuslang flat with use of shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Looking for people who are clean, tidy and sociable!

It is a 3 bedroom flat, I only have one of the rooms rented out right now. I currently travel a lot with work so I would not be living in the flat. But I am nearby right now deal with any maintenance or issues at the property.

The room is fully furnished.
King size bed with storage under the bed, mirror, clothes rail and storage
drawers. You could also fit a small desk or other furniture if needed.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cambuslang train station where the train is 10 minutes into Glasgow city centre, and has shops (Morrisons, Farmfoods) within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is plenty of parking available at the flat. Bus stops are also a 5 min walk away from the flat.

Cambuslang Main Street is also a very short walk which has cafes, shops, a Costa, Greggs, etc,

The kitchen has an air fryer and coffee machine to use, and there is a smart tv in the living room which has steaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

The flat also has a balcony with an egg chair.

Bills- the council tax, internet and factors bill will be paid for by me. The gas & electricity are the only bills to be covered- they are pay as you go top up, and generally about £30 a month for each for two/three people!

The room will be available from 6th December.
I would consider short term lets but I am ideally looking for leases for a minimum of 3 months!
