I have a room to rent in a lovely refurbished house in a very quiet and central street with a new kitchen and bathroom, newly decorated throughout and also an additional wc. There is off street parking available and further benefits from a garden, gas central heating, double glazing windows, Netflix and hi speed wifi.

The current flatmates are friendly professionals who get along well and enjoy a party free zone but thats not to say you can't have fun. We just don't have wild parties.

There are great transport links to Glasgow, Falkirk and Stirling just a 2 minute walk from the house. The bus can drop you off at the entrance to Strathclyde University and Buchanan bus station and is only a 20 minute journey.

Large shopping centre and sports centre is only a five minute walk away and has plenty of restaurants and pubs for you to enjoy. Also great woodland and park nearby for those of you who love a relaxing stroll.
