Hi. There is a bedroom free here at our Dennistoun flat that is ideal for short-term stays. Me (28 male) and my flatmate (29 female) live here.
We are situated in a very convenient location, directly on Duke St. 5-15 minute walks to Lidl, Aldi, Iceland, Coop. 30-40 minute walk to the city center or 15-20 minute by train or bus. We are also a 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Alexandra Park.
Short-term lets are £600 a month (willing to negotiate). You are not responsible for any bills. A deposit of £300 for every month you stay will be needed, especially if this will be your primary residence. These will be put into SafeDepositsScotland and returned at the end of your stay.
