Very close to shopping, transport, gyms and basically all the services you can imagine. Easy to access all university campuses. Beautiful river promenade nearby.

The room comes with a single bed, a workspace with good wifi. There is a small private balcony. Modifications in furnishing possible. Shared living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is shared with a male in his early 30’s. Working from home in media/tech. Friendly, quiet and enjoying a balance of social and personal time.

Looking for a tidy and quiet person, around the age of 30-35 so we’re more or less in the same place in life. Ideally a masters/phd student or a working professional.
