I have a back garden too, where one can chill out in summery weather on the garden rattan furniture and have a BBQ
The house is an ideal choice for professionals for a place to live as it’s a very nice quiet area and close to colleges and transport links to city (15mins by train).
It is also 30-40 minutes drive to QEH, or there is a local bus going via QEH only 2-3minutes away.
Further, by train, it’s roughly 40 minutes to Hillhead ( Byers Rd )

Cathcart was voted the place to live in Scotland 2014, and still is, has an abundance on our doorstep;
shops restaurants / bars & nice parks, Nuffield gym and lots of bistros., Asda, Lidls, Saisnburys, Tesco, M&S food, Scotmid, butchers close by
Hampden stadium is literally 15minutes walk from my house, so good if you like concerts, football and events.
June -July there are Beer & Gin festival held locally here.
Parking and transport:
If you drive I have a guaranteed car space outside the house.

Im sure you'll love my house just as much my previous housemates have loved living here but unfortunately it's time to move on to pastures new..

I also have access to Costco too for bulk buys!
Lastly, I will be travelling to Florida for few days in December to compete in an Ironman which I do a few a year.
