I have an en suite room available, for preferably a female, in a spacious three bedroom flat located in Tradeston within a residential development.
Only a 5/10 minute walk from Glasgow city centre and views over the river and free parking available.
All bills are included, with free parking.
There is a reception hallway, large lounge, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 rented already.
I am looking for professional and reliable person to stay in the room. It is £184 per week /£800 per month for rent for the room and this includes all bills.
There is a £600 deposit with the first month of rent required upfront.
So it will be £1,400 in total for when you first move in.
The property has double glazing, electric heating, it is entered via secure entry, a lift and also stair access and benefits from well kept communal areas. There is also free residents parking. There are lots of local amenities and excellent transportation links with nearby access onto the M8 motorway. There’s a cinema, gym, bowling, entertainment and restaurants at The Quay complex nearby, which is a 5/10 minute walk away.
Rent includes all bills (electricity, council tax, TV license, internet).
The front room has a sofa, dining table with chairs and a TV with cabinet.
Room 1 (TAKEN): The largest room is front facing with views over the river. It comes with a built in mirrored wardrobe, dressing table, side drawers, chair and king sized bed.
Room 2 (TAKEN): This room also has views over the river. It comes with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and side drawers.
Room 3 (AVAILABLE): This back facing room has an en suite with a shower and toilet. There is a built in mirrored wardrobe, double bed, bookcase, side drawers and lamp.
