This is a licensed Short Let property. It is intended for short-term accommodation only and is not suitable for use as a permanent residential address. I provide a guest agreement which we both sign before your stay.
The accommodation is Ideal for visitors to Glasgow - perhaps working on a short contract, or looking for a base while flat hunting.
I can also sometimes accommodate postgraduate or Erasmus students looking for semester-long stays.
Perfect for TV/film crew, theatre professionals, NHS locums, visiting academics and other professionals on temporary contracts.

Minimum stay is usually 2–3 weeks, depending on dates.
Lower rates available for stays of 3 weeks or more – Longer short stays are very welcome.
Supplement for two sharing a room.

The Twin Room has solid oak Staples beds which can be joined to make a very comfortable Superking, depending on dates.
This room shares a bathroom with me, although I'm away fairly often so you'll sometimes have it to yourself.

Both rooms have full use of shared kitchen and living room. Shared with host and 1, sometimes 2, other guests.

You will also find me on Airbnb (but it's cheaper to book direct!)

Excellent place to stay... The location location location cannot be beat. A great park nearby, plenty of shops, some amazing bakeries, and quick train to get into the city center if need be. Elise is also an excellent host who keeps the apartment spotless! I definitely recommend.

Elise was great & responsive, the flat was as described, it's a lovely home and great for exploring Glasgow. 10min train into the City & every 10-15mins even though in a v quiet neighbourhood.
I stayed 3 weeks for work & would've liked to stay longer.
Queens Park next door is a great park too. Great bars & cafes locally.
Would definitely return if available.

Lovely place to stay in Glasgow.
The flat is very well stocked, with a large kitchen. It is very quiet and peaceful... The area was alive & diverse - buzzing with an array of amenities & a variety of restaurants / cafes. The flat is close to simple transport links to the city centre & across the city making getting around easy..

Elise is an absolutely fantastic host! She was always responsive and helpful, also extremely proactive if there were any concerns... Close to plenty of public transportation options, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants, but also removed enough from the main roads that it was quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was as described, or better. Host was always helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful, with lots to do.

Beautiful place, one of the best places I’ve stayed; very clean, comfy bed, excellent kitchen and wonderful views from the living room. The location is fantastic, less than a minutes walk to the beautiful queens park; the neighborhood is amazing, loads of great restaurants, cafes, and wonderful local shops... Elise is an excellent host, friendly, responsive and helpful.

Lovely flat with fantastic location / outlook - right next to Queens Park. The flat was really clean and organised, with everything you could need for your stay.

As the reviews state, the Southside is a fantastic area - very sought-after - there's an abundance of cafes, bars and independent shops and beautiful green spaces, whilst having excellent transport links to the centre and beyond.

The flat is in a prime position being on a quiet road, yet just a couple of minutes walk from both the shops/bars and the beautiful park.
There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, and both the train station and bus stop are just a few minutes away with quick, direct routes into the city centre. Free on-street parking is available directly outside.

The flat is on the top floor (2nd floor) and is accessed via a shared stairwell (a 'close').
