2 rooms (1 ensuite). Quiet, spacious flat. Parking

I'm looking for short term lodgers who wish to stay around 3-5 months.

I have 2 rooms available in my lovely 3 bedroom flat near Queens Park in the southside.
The Southside is a very sought-after area in which to live - there's an abundance of cafes, bars and independent shops as well as having excellent transport links to the centre and beyond. My flat is in a prime position being on a quiet road, yet just a couple of minutes walk from both the shops/bars and the beautiful park. It's a hard location to beat.

Bedroom 1: Large room with king size bed, ensuite shower room, mini desk, huge wardrobe with full length mirrors, multiple power points etc.
Suitable for a couple.

Bedroom 2: Large room with a very comfortable Superking bed. The room contains a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, multiple power points etc.
The occupant of this room has use of the bathroom opposite, with bath and shower over bath. The bathroom is shared with me when around.
I'm looking for a single person for this room, but would consider a couple (surcharge applicable).

Bedroom 3 is mine, but I will be away for part of this period.

Shared spaces include a large well-stocked kitchen with dining area and a very large living room.

When I am around full-time I normally take short term guests - I am an Air bnb 'Superhost' and my rooms are both 'Guest Favourites'.

I have some maintenance to do in both bathrooms in the next couple of weeks.
If this is finished sooner, I might be able to bring the move-in date closer.

The stated age range really isn't strict, but I will generally try get people in of a similar age to each other and/or with similar interests.
