2 large rooms available in spacious 3 bedroom flat, for short/medium term lets.
Minimum stay usually 3 weeks, but could be less depending on dates - I am away for part of June.

1 room available 3rd June, the other 4th June

Prices are per week for a single person.
Additional cost for couples or friends sharing (full details below).

Bedroom 1 (ensuite)
Available from 4th June til 4th July.
Rent, including all bills:
£270/week for one person
+£70/week for an additional person
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower room with powerful shower.
The room contains kingside bed, huge wardrobe with full-length mirrors, mini desk, multiple power points etc.

Bedroom 2 (Superking /Twin)
Available from 3rd June until 27th June.
Rent, including all bills:
£250/week for one person
+£70/week for an additional person
This bedroom has a very comfortable superking bed, which can be split into 2 singles, if preferred.
Room contains desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, multiple power points etc.
Use of main bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
This bathroom is shared with me, the owner, when around.

Lovely, peaceful and beautiful flat in a fantastic area.

The flat is on a quiet street, yet just a couple of minutes walk to lots of amenities as well as excellent transport links to the city centre / universities etc.

Ideal base for mature student/s or a professional on a short-term contract in the city.
Ample easy free parking in the wide street directly outside.
