I have 2 spare rooms in my spacious 3 bedroom tenement flat near Queens Park in the Southside.
I am licenced for Short Term Lets.
Please note this is short-stay accommodation only and not suitable for anyone seeking a permanent residential address. Typical stays are 2–12 weeks, though I’m happy to discuss your requirements.
Ideal for visiting professionals, academics, locums, postgraduate / mature / erasmus students, etc.
May also suit anyone needing a comfortable short-term base while waiting to move into long-term accommodation in Glasgow.
Bedroom 1 (Ensuite) is available between 26th September and 9th October. Ideal for couples.
Bedroom 2 (Twin with shared bathroom) is available between 3rd - 23rd October.
Surcharge applicable for 2 sharing.
For best price book direct, but I am also on Airbnb.
I'm a 'Superhost' and my rooms are both 'Guest Favourites'.

Excellent place to stay... The location location location cannot be beat. A great park nearby, plenty of shops, some amazing bakeries, and quick train to get into the city center if need be. Elise is also an excellent host who keeps the apartment spotless! I definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay in Glasgow. My room was very comfortable, with a good mattress, a desk, and a view out over gardens. The flat is very well stocked, with a large kitchen. It is very quiet and peaceful... The area was alive & diverse - buzzing with an array of amenities & a variety of restaurants / cafes. The flat is close to simple transport links to the city centre & across the city making getting around easy..

Elise is an absolutely fantastic host! She was always responsive and helpful, also extremely proactive if there were any concerns... Close to plenty of public transportation options, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants, but also removed enough from the main roads that it was quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was as described, or better. Host was always helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful, with lots to do.

Beautiful place, one of the best places I’ve stayed; very clean, comfy bed, excellent kitchen and wonderful views from the living room. The location is fantastic, less than a minutes walk to the beautiful queens park; the neighborhood is amazing, loads of great restaurants, cafes, and wonderful local shops...
5 minutes walk to a bus stop with routes to the city center and the subway makes it very easy to get around the city, especially to tourists attractions and the main train stations. Elise is an excellent host, friendly, responsive and helpful.

Lovely flat with fantastic location / outlook - right next to Queens Park. The flat was really clean and organised, with everything you could need for your stay.

As the reviews state, the Southside is a fantastic area - very sought-after - there's an abundance of cafes, bars and independent shops and beautiful green spaces, whilst having excellent transport links to the centre and beyond.
The flat is in a prime position being on a quiet road, yet just a couple of minutes walk from both the shops/bars and the beautiful park.
There are lots of amenities within walking distance but if you need to travel further afield, the bus stop and train station are just a few minutes away with a fast and direct route to the centre.
There is also plentiful free street parking directly outside.
Bedroom 1 is a large room with king size bed, private ensuite shower room, mini desk, huge wardrobe with full length mirrors, multiple power points etc.
Bedroom 2 is large and has Twin beds, with antique oak furniture, mirror, desk, multiple power points etc. This room shares a bathroom with me.
Shared spaces include a large well-stocked kitchen with dining table and a very large living room.
Please note this is a strictly no-smoking flat (including vapes)
Please note for longer stays (2+ months), the deposit is £800
