Bills for two working professionals work out for around £300, which includes council tax and water charges, broadband, and utility bills.

The double room has ample storage space, a queen-sized bed, and a small work desk. The single room has a single bed, walk-in closet, and storage space.

The flat is on a quiet road across Elder Park and has a lot of amenities (24-hour Asda, Iceland, Govan Cross shopping center, Greggs, Lidl, Aldi all within 12-5 mins walk ).
