I work remotely and will be at my partner's flat for the time period. Looking for someone from 28 December but flexible.

The flat: One bedroom, third floor with lift in a listed, secure building with parking.

Livingroom:
Sofa, reclining electric chair with usb, dimmable chandeliers, sit/stand electric desk and most sockets have usb ports.

50” smart tv - great for streaming.

Other flat amenities:
Fully furnished, fibre broadband, washer | dryer, kitchen amenities, microwave, large fridge, new bathroom fit out, sit/stand desk space, large monitor and hall storage.

Building:
Listed building, secure access, lift, communal patio, bike parking and controlled outdoor and underground parking

Location and transport:
Easy 12 mins walking access to city centre with two bus stops a few steps away and choice of 3 subways within 7 minutes walk.

Hyperoptic fibre broadband (included)
Gas | electric £70 pcm (included)
Council tax: £75 (not included if working but waived if a student with a letter)

Contract will be on a lodger basis
First and last month's rent
Flat is only for one person or couple
