Short term room southside of Glasgow

Short-term room available (1–4 months)

I'm offering a furnished room on a short-term basis, ideally for 1 to 4 months. It's perfect if you're new to Glasgow and looking for somewhere to stay while you find a permanent place, or if you're in the city for work, study, or a short visit.

The rent is £600 per month, plus gas and electricity. Thes bills aren't included, as they depend on our usage. I can't say exactly what they'll be over the summer, but I'd estimate around £50–60 per month, split between the two of us.

The flat is located on the Southside of Glasgow, with great transport links to the city centre. It's close to Queen's Park and the train station, with easy on-street parking and space to store a bicycle.

You'd be sharing the flat with me. I work Monday to Friday as a Learning Support Worker, and I'm also an artist. I make art and organise art and Spanish classes in my free time. So I am always busy, with my full time job and my personal art project.

I'm easy-going and laid-back, and I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I enjoy sharing the occasional meal, walk, drink, or chat with my flatmate, but I also value personal space and appreciate a calm, peaceful home.

The flat has a spacious kitchen, and the room comes with a double bed, plenty of shelves, and lots of drawer space.

At the moment, I'd prefer to share with a woman, as I've had really positive experiences with previous flatmates who were in the flat for a few months.
