Furnished single room available now

Hi folks! I’ve got a room sublet available to rent from now to middle of December, potentially longer if we get along .

It’s a 2 bedroom flat and you will be sharing with me, a non-binary creative/Dj/producer.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful sub-letter, ideally someone from the queer/trans commmunity. I work from home and spends a lot of time working in the living room so I would prefer to share it with someone who is in full time employment or education, someone isn't home all the time. Ideally someone is clean and respectful, keeps themselves to themselves but doesn't mind a good conversation every once in a while.

The flat is located on a quiet street, right across Elder Park in Govan . 13 mins walk to Govan Subway Station. The area is home to one of the oldest churchyard in Scotland with the Viking age carved stones has some of the best charity shops in Glasgow in my opinion! Govan cross shopping centre, Lidl , Aldi and big Asda, the Govan Partick bridge all within 20 mins walk.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed with a walk-in wardrobe . The living room is spacious and airy with a fully equipped kitchen and bathtub. Not wheelchair accessible sorry as it’s on the 2nd floor. .
