Situated in communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, near the pedestrian bridge to the financial district, it is minutes walk to the city centre. There is easy access to M74 and M8 ramps in both directions and good transport links with both bus and subway nearby and central station is about 5 minutes walk away - across the bridge.

The flat is fully furnished and stocked with kitchen equipment etc. The Waterfront is a well established development set in lovely gardens and is quiet and peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city. There is private residential parking requiring free registration.
