Looking for an easygoing, clean and tidy person who will contribute to the ongoing cleanliness of my lovely top floor flat and make It their home . It is Def not a party flat but is friendly, sociable and respectful. Situated in communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, close to the Barclays building and pedestrian bridge to the financial district. It is minutes walk to the city centre, central station, bridge street and west street subway...giving access to west end. There is easy access to M74 and M8 ramps in both directions....so about 10/15 mins to airport.

The location of Waterfront is excellent. It is a well established development set in lovely gardens and is quite peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city and Springfield quay with it's eateries and entertainment. There is a tesco express and some local shops n restaurants in walking distance.
