I have a Glasgow City Council STL licence and have been using the room for Airbnb. Due to work and family commitments I need a break from changing beds 7 days a week!

I therefore hope to rent out the room for a short time only.

Bills, wifi, laundry and cleaning are included. A cold breakfast is also included but there is a no extensive food prep and no use of main oven or gas hob. You do have kettle, toaster, microwave, airfryer, fridge freezer, and storeage. would be happy to provide evening meals Mon-Fri for a small additional cost
Your space is a clean attic room in a newly renouvated house with an ensuite and shared kitchenette attached, and a shared living room and kitchen downstairs.
Great location for trains, buses, and road links.
Parking available.
Walking distance to Queen Elizabeth There is a reduction in cost if you only wish to stay Monday - Friday - Please just ask..

I am a teacher and work a lot so you might not see too much of me but I am sociable when free. I like gigs, cimema, theatre, and chatting. Not a big party animal so looking for a similar house mate / housemates who will be respectful of the space.

No couples or overnight guests without permission. Prefered housemate does not work from home, does not work shifts, and eats everything / is happy to have meals made for them when they get home .
