Half Board - Large Attic Room with Ensuite

I have a Glasgow City Council STL licence and have been using the room for Airbnb. Due to work and family commitments I need a break from changing beds 7 days a week!

I therefore hope to rent out the room for a short time only.

The room will be rented as half board. Breakfast, evening meal Mon-Fri, broadband, bills, and laundry all included.

Your space is a clean attic room in a newly renouvated house with ensuite, shared kitchenette attached, and shared living room and kitchen downstairs.
Great location for trains, buses, and road links.
Parking available.
Walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital

Meals are included and so there is no gas hob use for guests (very sensitive alarm/sprinkler system!) You do have kettle, toaster, microwave, airfryer, fridge freezer, and storeage. There is a reduction in cost if you only wish to stay Monday - Friday - Please just ask..

I am a teacher and work a lot so you might not see too much of me but I am sociable when free. I like gigs, cimema, theatre, and chatting. Not a big party animal so looking for a similar house mate / housemates who will be respectful of the space.

No couples or overnight guests without permission. Prefered housemate does not work from home, does not work shifts, and eats everything / is happy to have meals made for them when they get home .
