Sunny room in spacious Lambhill flat

Hi I'm Lena, I work as a media researcher, and I'm beginning a masters degree in radiography soon. While Lou runs a charity shop and is working on a PHD in history. I have a room available from now in my sunny second floor flat in Lambhill, with views over the hills and mountains. We're two friendly and social folks, who are tidy and clean and like to spend time together. The room is 500 a month and all bills come to 150 a month so it's 650 per month with all bills included. Couples welcome, for couples it would be an additional 100, so 750 all together. The room is large and has a double bed, desk, drawers and built in closet space. There's good on street parking, and a shed that could fit another bike. We're right by the river path and it's a nice 10 minute cycle into Maryhill, there's good bus and train links 5 minutes away. There's a garden and deck outside, and you're welcome to garden or grow food. LGBT+ friendly home.
