Sunny room in spacious Lambhill flat

Hi I'm Lena, I work from home as an equalities researcher, and I'm beginning a masters degree in radiography soon. I have a room available on the 11th of October in my sunny second floor flat in Lambhill, with views over the hills. We're two friendly women, who are tidy and clean, ideally we would like to live with another woman or a couple. The room is 525 a month and bills come to 150 a month so it's 675 per month with all bills included, has a double bed, desk, and big built in closet storage. There's good on street parking, and a shed that could fit another bike. We're right by the river path and it's a nice 10 minute cycle into Maryhill, there's good bus and train links 5 minutes away. There's a garden and deck outside, and you're welcome to garden or grow food. Couples welcome, with an additional bill charge for a couple. LGBT+ friendly home.
