Furnished double room in modern flat, Mount Vernon Glasgow east end for someone who likes cats.

Short-term preferred. Available for up to 8-9 months, ending around August/September.

You'll get the following:

- all bills are included
- fully furnished bedroom with bedding, towels, blanket, air purifier, hair dryer
- own bathroom with bath/shower
- constant temperature throughout the year so you won't freeze during the winter
- well-equipped kitchen with many appliances such as washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, etc
- bicycle for getting around
- living room with OLED TV and Netflix

You will be sharing with me, a professional working in tech, my grumpy old cat Ollie, and Mittens. Non-smoker only. Ideally you might have some interests that intersect with mine, especially cats.

* Strathclyde University: 30-35 minutes by bus or train, or 25 minute cycle
* GSA/GCU: 30 minutes by using both train and bicycle
* University of Glasgow: 35-40 minutes by train (other transportation options are not viable)
* Central station: 23 minutes by foot and train
