Double room in Mount Vernon Glasgow east end for someone who likes cats. You'll have the use of your own bathroom.

Entry is August/September.
Exit is next summer 2025 (~12 months).

Due to the eastern location, it would be more suitable for someone studying at Strathclyde (~30 minutes), GCU (direct bus to campus in 40 mins) or works in town near Central. GSA and UoG aren't impossible to get to though, you just have a bigger walk. There is a bicycle for your use. Non-smoker only.

All bills are included, the price you see is what you pay per month. Deposit is equivalent to one month's rate. May consider a couple for +50%. Many consumables are included: dish washing up liquid, toilet paper, etc.
