Rent total including bills £730. (I have a cleanercome once a fortnight (20/40£ depending on mess)
The living room is fitted with a small gas fire to keep things warm during winter. Enjoy music on the record player and hi-fi system connected to the TV, or strum a tune on the ukulele.
I'm a showmaker and and I run a small handyman business on the side , I will mostly be out and about.
