The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer drier, a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine, Ninja, slow cooker, and all the usual amenities, including a dishwasher.

I have a cleaner come once a fortnight £25ph generally £50 depending on mess and if you want your room cleaned) I've agreed that week get the flat cleaned once a month.

The living room is fitted with a small gas fire (there is central heating also) to keep things warm during winter. Enjoy music on the record player and hi-fi system connected to the TV, or strum a tune on the ukulele.
