Modern Glasgow green spacious double room

The bed room has got a double bed, a stand for a tv and a huge wall mirrored wardrobe with rails and shelves perfect for any kind of storage. The rooms a really good size compared to most flats these days.

Living room has an Alexa, 65 inch smart TV, ps5, Nintendo switch and soundbar with bass.

Bathroom has shower, bath and toilet.

Kitchens got all the usual appliances. Fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, oven etc. also with George Foreman, blender, microwave, alexa and a multi cooker(Does anything from pressure cooking, air fryer to slow cooker)

Small Pomeranian who’s just turned 2 so still pretty hyper, so you gotta be a dog person otherwise it won’t be suitable

Open to living with any gender, I don’t really mind as long as you’re a good vibe to be around and aren’t always antisocial making the living situation awkward. Also I’m in no rush for someone to move in as I think it’s pretty important who you live with.

This flat is next to Glasgow green and bills aren’t included which would be split evenly with it being the internet, council tax(regardless if you’re a student or working) and energy bills. Which must be paid on the day of arrival otherwise don’t contact me.

I’m pretty laid back, easy going, and I like a good joke around and hanging out with the occasional night out with friends, but also like my privacy and alone time as well when I feel like my social battery needs recharged. The respect and energy you give me is matched so looking forward to hearing from you!!
