As I'll be travelling, my beautiful fully furnished double room is available for short term let FOR 19 DAYS.

There is a slight chance that I may extend my travels, but I likely won't know this till after I have left.

The room is within my bright and spacious top floor traditional tenement flat in Pollokshields, Glasgow.

- Sharing with my lovely long term tenant Jenn (32 years old) and her house cat, Renfield. Jenn is a professional female, quiet, tidy, clean, friendly, respectful so looking for similar.

- Super handy location of Pollokshields in the southside of Glasgow.

- 10 min. walk to Pollokshields East, + 1 stop (5 min on train) to Glasgow Central Station.

- 15 min. walk to Shields Road underground.

- 15 min. cycle to town.

- 10 min. walk to very regular buses on Pollokshaws Road,

- Free on-street parking.

- Opposite electric charging station for electric vehicles.

- Bike friendly flat.

- Very close to city centre, ideally located for all amenities of Strathbungo & Victoria Road & Shawlands.

- Super quiet room, with views over New Victoria Gardens allotments.

- Superfast Wifi & working from home space at kitchen table or lounge dining table.

- Non-smoking cat lovers only please!

Looking for Jenn to meet prospective roomies in person / video call for a cuppa at the flat so she can decide who she'd like to share the space with.
