Its a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 washrooms, a shared living and kitchen. I keep it extremely clean and tidy and would expect the same of you. I live in an ensuite room myself. I am giving away the other room.

Tesco and Bonnypack is literally outside the window and the newly located Foodasia is 3 min walk on the same lane. Springfield Quay(Gymgroup, Odeon, Chaiiwala, etc) is a 10 min walk.
Living and kitchen is shared.
The rent for the room will be £800.

The council tax and water/sewage will be £130.
Electric depends on usage and will be split based on 1/2 ratio.
