I enjoy having a relaxed, comfortable home and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat, but equally appreciate that everyone needs their own space and privacy.

I'm looking for someone friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy who would enjoy a similar living environment.

It's not a party flat, but it's certainly not somewhere with lots of rules either. Ideally, I'd like us both to feel comfortable and at home, with a good balance between being sociable and doing our own thing.

With just the two of us sharing, separate bathrooms and a spacious communal living area, there's plenty of room to enjoy the flat without feeling on top of one another.
