Lovely flat in safe area. Flat share with 1 other person you will have a private bathroom, and shared kitchen and living room, the flat is bright recently redecorated and economic to run. Great area - duke street 2 mins walk belgrove station 2 minutes walk ((6 mins into Queen st) supermarket on duke st - pretty much everything is on your doorstep. City centre and university half hour walk or 15 minutes on the bus. Your room has double mirrored built in wardrobe and double chest of drawers and of course a double bed. The bathroom is for your sole use as the other room is en suite. Bathroom consists of toilet washbasin bath with over bath shower. Current flatmate is female and easy going, not a party flat but it will be your home so guests are welcome (within reason) enjoy a glass of wine, reading, usual stuff, all bills included (subject to reasonable usage/price stability.) No bigots please!
