Double room near Subway

Spacious double bedroom near Cessnock subway available from mid-October onwards for long-term stay. Only additional bill is fortnightly cleaning (equals about £90 per month split between us all, cash).

This would be a lodgers agreement with a small deposit.

The flat is top floor (block of 6 tenement flats). There’s a big kitchen and living room, one bathroom, and an office space I work from 2 days per week. The communal garden is in average condition. It’s important to note I’m doing up the flat bit by bit, so it’s not perfect and there may be tradies in occasionally or me in overalls painting 🎨🖌

It’s 30 mins walk to Finnieston, 20 mins drive to Glasgow airport, 1 min walk to Cessnock subway and the 9 bus. On street parking can get a bit busy on game days but is otherwise fine.

Ideally looking for someone sociable who respects others’ space too. Loves a chilled night in but equally a pint at the pub. Open to well behaved dogs if you’ve got one or two, but any pets would include a higher deposit and quarterly £80 cash flat deep cleaning fee 🐶
