Spacious double room located on Earl Street (G14), the room is furnished (double bed, study desk, study chair, and oversized wardrobe). The location is 15 minutes' driving away by car and approx. 15 minutes by bus from the city centre, and the bus stop is 20 metres from the house. It is close to different shops, like the big Tesco, and within walking distance of Victoria Park. It has free on-street parking and a backyard for sunny days. Energy bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. My new roommate will have access to the kitchen and bathroom common areas. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non-smoker, but if you smoke, we have a backyard to use, and it's not too noisy as a study place.
