The flat is 10 mins walk from the strathclyde uni and 15 mins from George Square. we also have Tesco extra and Lidl on 10 mins walk away. also few shops and a post office right opposite to the building.
I have added the pics of the advertised room, kitchen and washroom. we are currently two girls, we host dinner parties, we netflix and chill on grey days and very helpful when needed.
The deposit is currently zero, however the landlord will make a new contract in few months (2-4 months) then we can discuss the deposit divided by 3 people.
