House with 4 bedrooms and 2 Toilet & shower.

10min drive from the city Center and frequent bus services, close by supermarkets like Iceland and Aldi.

Rent - room 1 £450 ( large room ) and room 2 £400 (room, WiFi and council tax).

Additional electricity bill will be shared within the number of household end of each month.

Deposit of one month (£400) prior to entering the house.

One month notice period should be given before vacating. I would do the same by giving one month notice.

Alcohol, Smoking are not allowed in the house.

Should be discussed as early as possible before you have any visitors. (no later than 24hours)
No visitors allowed after 10pm.

At all time shared places should be clean and tidy( Kitchen, living room & Toilet)
