I’m an easy-going person who values a tidy, calm living environment. I work day shifts, In my free time, I enjoy relaxing, listening to music, cooking simple meals, and watching shows. I’m sociable but also respect personal space and like to keep the home welcoming and comfortable.

Large, bright and spacious bedroom.
The bedroom will be unfurnished, with no bed or other furniture provided, so you’ll have the flexibility to furnish and decorate it to your own taste.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Large shared living room.
Shared garden.
Clean and quiet second-floor flat.

📍 Location and Transport
Around 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, with frequent bus services.
Around 10 minutes’ walk to Aldi, B&M and Iceland.
Around 8 minutes’ walk to JD Gym.
Shops, amenities and public transport are conveniently located nearby.

💷 Rent and Bills
Rent: £455 per month.
Bills: Approximately £100–£120 per person per month(during winters) including council tax, water, gas and electricity.
Long-term stay preferred.

👭 Who Will You Be Living With?
There will be a maximum of two occupants in the flat: myself and the incoming flatmate.
