Large Double room with private bathroom

I am looking for a part or full time flatmate to share my flat with me from October onwards. Preferably a warm and friendly female who is also clean and tidy. It is also super important that you like cats as I have one! Her name is Nymeria and she is very friendly and loves getting to know fellow cat lovers.

You would have your own private bathroom as well as a very spacious bedroom. We would share the kitchen and living room. There is a lovely garden space out the back too that is great in the summer.

A bit about me...
I work full time and spend most week days out so I am looking for someone who is respectful of this (quiet week nights etc) and lives a similar hard working life style. If you happened to work from home that would be ideal as Nymeria likes company while i'm out!

I might occassionally work from home in the livingroom so I would require this space then. I would love someone who likes to relax and chat in the evening, watch TV or get a takeaway together. My interests - climbing, gymnastics, psychology, autism, human rights issues, liberalism, feminism and LGBTQ+ rights. However I seem to spend a remarkable amount of time watching police dramas and reading books about fairies!

All bills are included in the price listed (rent, utility, internet, tv license, council tax). If you would like a part time situation (e. g. only being here during the week then we would obviously discuss reducing this cost depending on how many days you are here).

You would be expected to keep your bathroom clean and share the cleaning of the shared spaces. I really need someone who is courteous and does their own dishes and doesn't leave rubbish/mess lying around for me to come home to. I have spent a long time doing up my flat and I've put a lot of care and thought into it so I would like someone who respects this.

The area...
Although I am very close to the Rangers stadium (and not a fan) the area is generally very quiet apart from match days. It has excellent transport links with Ibrox subway 5 minutes away, plenty of buses coming straight out of the city right past me, two motorways exits a few minutes away and on street parking. There is an Aldi and Asda a few minutes way and the amazing Glasgow Climbing centre 2 minutes around the corner with the best café in the area.

I have suggested 3 months to start with but there would be a possibility of continuing depending on my circumstances.
