Room in a secure modern build in Bridgeton

Hey all,

Looking for a new flatmate to share a flat in one of the newer areas of Bridgeton. All bills and council tax included.

I'm a quiet guy, generally keep myself to myself. So I'm looking for someone similar, but happy to chat to anyone who might be a good fit.

The tenancy would start on 5 December, but I'm flexible if you want to start it a little later.

As all bills are paid to me anyway, I will adjust and make sure you're paying the right amount when you move in.

Most of the plants are leaving, but I'm planning to repopulate!

There's also a cat here just now, so be aware when viewing in case there's any allergies. The flat will get a spring clean when she leaves!

The flat is next to Gallowgate, but the entrance is hidden away, so it's pretty secure.
