Looking for a new flatmate to share a flat in one of the newer areas of Bridgeton. All bills and council tax (Band B) included. Deposit includes an admin fee from the letting agent.
I'm a quiet guy, generally keep myself to myself. So I'm looking for someone similar, but happy to chat to anyone who might be a good fit.
Been living solo for the past 6 months, but looking for someone to take on half the bills while I take a step back from working full on for a while.
The tenancy would start on 5 December, but I'm flexible if you want to start it a little later.
As all bills are paid to me anyway, I will adjust and make sure you're paying the right amount when you move in.
The flat is next to Gallowgate, but the entrance is hidden away, so it's pretty secure.
