Room available in sandyhills glasgow

Perfect home from home accommodation.... I've decided to let out the spare room to either foreign students who need a base while studying or professionals who need to come to Glasgow for work.

This is a proper home,, not a crash pad, inviting guests for dinner is great but strictly no overnight stays.
The room is currently spare so only have a fold away bed for family, but a proper bed will be bought if someone moves in.. it is a great room and will be perfect once full and lived in...
Sandyhills is a great area of the east end, just outside the city centre... there is a bus stop 2mins from house that takes you straight into town in 20-30 mins or a train which is a 10min walk away for either the city or Edinburgh.
By car your at glasgow uni in 20mins
The home is safe, clean, comfortable and in a very quiet area with no through traffic.
Looking for clean respectable adult who enjoys a calm peaceful private space.
Iv just returned from 7 weeks in Asia and id prefer someone who can speak Mandarin as id really like some help with that. But if you don't its ok.

Price could be lowered a little for the right flatmate.

I work 3, 12 and a half hours shifts and 4 off which gives me plenty of time to enjoy a little life...
Im currently trying to get into photography, although not really that good...
It's the same with the golf but I enjoy it.
Got a tentbox on the car so like to get out in that and grab a hillwalk if I can.

I have said that im a non smoker but I do vape in the house.
There is 2 pictures of my bedroom.
That room is available for an extra 200 a month. Although the spare is a great space
