Room available in sandyhills glasgow

Iv decided to let out my spare room to either foreign students who need a base while studying or professionals who need to come to Glasgow for a few months for work.

This is my home so I dont mind you inviting a guest for dinner but strictly no overnight stays.
The room is currently my spare so I only have a fold away bed for family, but I will purchase a proper double bed if I find a tenant.. it is a great room and will be perfect once its lived in...sandyhills is on the outskirts of the city centre and there is a bus stop outside house that takes you straight into town in 30 mins or a train which is a 10min walk away.
By car your at glasgow uni in 20mins
My home is clean, comfortable and in a very quiet area with no through traffic.
Looking for clean respectable adult who enjoys a calm peaceful private space.
Iv just returned from 7 weeks in Asia and id prefer someone who can speak Mandarin as id really like some help with that. But if you don't its ok lol
