Hello! I have a bright double room with a balcony available to rent in a comfortable, well-kept flat in the Kinning Park area.

Living situation:
I co-own the property with my sister (who now lives elsewhere). I currently have one lovely lodger living in the flat. I’ll be travelling for the next three months, and after this time I’ll be returning to the UK and moving out of town. For the majority of the tenancy, it will therefore be just you and my current lodger sharing the apartment.

Transport & location:
The flat is a 2-minute walk from the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The BBC Scotland building is around a 15-minute walk away.

Please note: The building is currently in the middle of large-scale roofing works, meaning scaffolding is temporarily outside the balcony and windows.
