Double en suite in small flat

Room available with frequently travelling live-in landlady.
Just given up my NHS job after 10 years and at the moment I enjoy spending time in my allotment, playing guitar and making fudge.
I have a place in London that I escape to and an almost grown son who has a room here but is currently with his dad.
The room is available furnished but everything can be taken out except the bed. It has a mini kitchenette comprising mini fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster but the main kitchen/living room is there for you too.
The bedroom gets the evening sun and looks out onto the drying green and community centre chicken coop and vegetable garden. They have lots activities on daily.
The kitchen/living room gets the morning sun and is beautiful.
I’m looking for someone who can share an occasional glass of wine/cup of tea and a chat in the evening but is equally happy to be here alone and look after the place when I’m away. Ideally a single or queer woman but as long as you’re cool I don’t really mind.
Bills are included but are estimated. Room only is £500
Council tax is band E which is very painful!
Plenty of on street parking available.
Close to 3 stations and 10 minutes from Shields Road subway.
