strictly for females. open to students and working professionals. £450 includes water, gas, and council tax. otherwise, only the electricity bill has to be paid which comes out to ~ £7-10 per person per week. your overall monthly cost will come out to under £500 :).

max rental period is 5 months — from 10th april to 10th september 2025 — spacious double bed, plenty of storage in the room and throughout the flat. shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. would prefer someone clean and organised.

6 min walk to tesco, iceland, some charity shops.
3 min walk to bus stop for bus 3 and X4 connecting you to the west end and city centre.
also less than 8 minutes by walk to the nearest train station which is scotstounhill.
