Short term - double room/flat available

* currently available short term for various dates in October, November and December then longer term from January 2027

I have a double bedroom available for short term lodgers (various dates) while I am away (please send dates if you want to check availability) You will have exclusive use of shared spaces. I'm super open-minded about who stays but MUST be prepared to look after my flat (and my relationship with my neighbours!) as if it were your own... that's my only real request of a flatmate. I may say yes to pets but would consider that on a case by case basis so feel free to ask.

My flat is in a beautiful, vibrant, friendly Southside neighbourhood (about 2 miles south of Glasgow city centre). I am very close to the New Victoria Hospital and a 5 minute walk to Hampden Stadium. There is a lovely shared garden which you are welcome to use.

Great transport links; 8 mins on the train to Glasgow central, direct buses to city centre, west end, universities or QE hospital. Lovely parks, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Free on street parking. Please contact for more details.
