My current flatmate is moving out and im looking for a new flatmate.
The room is an ensuite and the property comes furnished with a spacious living room and kitchen with massive windows and a nice view. The bills are not included with the rent and would split between us (including council tax, wifi and electric). Its a lovely place with connectivity through the bus stop which is a 3 minute walk and speingburn station as well. The place is also nect to the big tesco and costco and the nrg gym which is really convenient. The property isnt too far from the city like a 25 min walk or a 10minute bus away.
I am a working professional and an easy going social individual. I dont smoke and almost never drink apart from ocassionally, i have no problem with the new dlatmate drinking or smoking. ( Smoking outside if possible).
