One professional academic woman lives on the floor below, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere. There is also one friendly cat living downstairs, although the loft itself is completely self-contained.

This would suit a tidy professional, academic, visiting researcher or postgraduate looking for a peaceful, comfortable home with their own private space.

Available for a fixed-term stay while I'm working abroad in Canada from 23rd September until November 30th.
