About the Home & Household
We live mindfully, honouring nature as our baseline, and prioritise eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and recycling. We enjoy a warm, respectful home atmosphere. Cooking together is awesome (mostly vegetarian). We enjoy gardening in our peaceful zen garden, board games, chess, reading, writing, and art welcome.

Our household includes myself (I teach yoga therapy and work as a transformational coach, author, and speaker), along with my two sons: Magnus (12, part-time) and William (19, on a gap year and occasionally around). I am bilingual (German/English) and spend summers in Croatia.
The Space
Our lovely four-bedroom house overlooks a green park and a quiet garden.
The Room: Spacious, south-facing, and filled with natural sunlight.
Furnishing: Currently furnished with a single bed, but there is plenty of room for a double bed (which we have in store) if you prefer bed over space.
Location & Practical Details
In Scotstoun near shops, gym, park with easy parking, busses and trains are frequent.
Rent: £550 / month
Bills Contribution: £80 / month (covers Council Tax Band C, Wi-Fi, and reasonable energy use; £ 50 for full-time students).
Transport & Area: Situated in Yoker, overlooking local parkland with convenient access to transport and amenities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a calm, clean, and sincere female housemate (professionals or students welcome) who values mutual respect and shared living harmony.
Respectful of quiet hours.
No parties or overnight guests (unless arranged in advance).
No intoxication accepted.
