Directly across the Street from Cessnock underground, this room is available immediately. It's duplex flat, so very spacious and private. Lockable door.

Room has two arm chairs, a king-size bed, built in wardrobes and a desk.

No security deposit, but I do look for 1st months and last month's rent. Staying for 2 months? It's an upfront payment.

Long term tenants just moved out, looking to get some short term tenants again as I am planning some work on the property at the end of the year (moving the kitchen) and adding ensuites.

It's great for mon-fri workers at the hospital or workmen, students, young professionals, or tourists looking for a few months stay.

Bed has a new mattress cover, quilt and pillows.
