You’re also very close to Shawlands and the wider Southside, with its excellent choice of bars, restaurants, cafés and independent shops, while Silverburn Shopping Centre is only a 10-minute drive away, with over 100 major retailers, restaurants, cinema and other amenities. It gives you the benefit of living in a peaceful area while still being close to the busier social and shopping areas of the Southside.

For everyday convenience, within a one-minute walk of the house are cafés, restaurants, a local bar/pub, post-office, pharmacy, beauty salons and takeaways, with Sainsbury’s and Tesco close by.

For anyone who enjoys being outdoors, Linn Park is at the end of the street, offering extensive woodland, riverside walks and excellent walking, running and cycling routes.
