Flatmate Duke Street, Dennistoun

I have recently moved out of a beautiful 3rd floor 3 bedroom flat (with shared living room) on Duke Street, Dennistoun. It is situation in an ideal location with the train station 5 minute walk and bus stop across the road which takes you into city centre in 10 minutes. Lidl is a 10 minute walk and the flat is also surrounded with lovely cafes and restaurants. The current male 22 year old tenant is a student studying engineering so therefore council tax is exempt meaning if the new tenant isn’t studying a 25% discount will be available. Bills will be roughly an additional £50 per month (for WiFi, heat and light). The flat will be available from Monday 21st September but viewings are welcome ASAP.
