Double room in girly house

Beautiful sandstone with main door enterance and lots of original features.

The room has a double bed with a mattress < 1 year old, a set of drawers, a shelved cupboard, a clothing rail, a bedside table, lamps, and duvet. You’ll need to bring your own bedding and pillows.
The fireplace is not currently in use but looks pretty!
There’s loads of space under the bed to store things in tubs or boxes. If a desk is required I can re-jig the room to make space.

The house & garden is still a wee bit of a work in progress but the hallway, living room, kitchen, and room to rent are finished.

The kitchen is brand new June 2026 with dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. The room for you has been painted in August 2026.

Must be okay with dogs as a non-negotiable.

About me:

I am a 30 year old girlie who loves coffee, sweet treats, reading romantasy novels, and going to live music.

Partial to a glass of wine or a cosmo in the evenings watching Gilmore Girls/SATC/Supernatural/Vampire Diaries. Might end up at the Cathouse on the weekend. Big into Halloween and Christmas including seasonal decorating!!!

I work full-time, typically three days from home.
At weekends I’ll either be at the football or listening to the football. I love music(rock, pop, metal etc), and usually have some kind of music or podcast on all the time (true crime or football).

As I work full time this isn’t really a party house and I need to live with someone who will respect that but more than happy for low key socialising and having friends over etc. 😊
