My flat in Shawlands area is available from 30th September for 3 months until end of Dec/first few dates in January.

In turn, while you stay in my home, i would kindly ask that you take care of my plants. ;)

The flat comprises of an open plan kitchen and living room.
A bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobe.
Bathroom with a shower.
Includes a garage/parking if needed.
The flat will have all you need!

Bus stop, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk, train stations such as Pollokshaws East and Crossmyloof 10-15mins walk.
Beautiful Queens park less than 5 minutes walk from the flat!

It is on the top floor, so you will need to endure some stairs.

Rent is 900 excluding bills.
