Double room in a houseshare with one other person (me!). The house is a three bed, but the third acts as a spare room for guests.

The available room has a king size bed, a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and a big storage cupboard.

The house has three bathrooms, kitchen, a living/dining, and a garden (all pictured). There's space to store a bicycle in the garage and driveway parking.

The room is £700/month including all bills (council tax (band F), energy, wifi, grounds maintenance etc.)

Available now, just looking for the right person.

I'm 32, female, studying and working in healthcare. Looking for someone friendly who's easy to share the space with.

There's no estate agent involved (I own the house) so would be a lodger's agreement and no deposit, just rent paid in advance each month.
