hello, i’m looking for a flatmate in my 2 bed flat. the bedroom is unfurnished but i would be happy to help furnish it or leave it up to you. the living room is furnished and you are obviously welcome to hang out in there!
i’m a friendly young professional, who loves a wee chat but is also respectful of alone time.
i work a 9-5 in the third sector and in my time off i love to paint, draw, read, go on walks round lochs or in the woods, and meet pals at the pub. i do enjoy a night out but i don’t rip the piss!
im looking for someone friendly, who would enjoy doing stuff together sometimes, but who also enjoys doing their own thing!
i would prefer a non-student for council tax reasons. but open to discussion!
im looking for someone who would want to stay long term (ideally a year or more) sign a tenancy agreement.
bills are not included - monthly costs are below:
