Looking for a male postgraduate student to take over my room at Kelvinhaugh Street, University of Glasgow accommodation.

The furnished private room (Single Standard) comes with a bed, desk, chair and storage. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared.

Around 10–15 minutes’ walk to the University, depending on the building. Located in Finnieston, with cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Kelvingrove Park and Kelvingrove Art Gallery are also nearby.

💷 Rent
£168 per week, including utilities and Wi-Fi (approximately £728 per calendar month).

🧺 Laundry
On-site laundry facilities: £4 per wash, with free tumble drying.

📅 Availability
Flexible move-in date, to be agreed. The contract ends on 11 June 2027.

🎓 Eligibility
Male postgraduate students only. This is a University accommodation contract takeover, subject to approval by the University of Glasgow Accommodation Services.
