I’ve rented this flat with a friend for a while but unfortunately he has to move back home for personal reasons so I’m looking for a new flatmate.
About me - I’m a 23 year old full-time trainee chartered accountant spending a lot of my time either working or studying for my professional exams. I go to the gym or run most days and love a bit of house music, so I do go and see the occasional DJ.
Looking for someone ideally with similar interests or on a similar path as a young professional, but definitely someone who’s clean and tidy as I’m often cooking and admittedly hate a messy kitchen… Not looking for any students or people who are on nights out all the time as I need some peace for my studies.
I plan on being here for the next 3+ years so I’m preferably looking for someone with similar plans. The 1 Jan 2027 availability date is not set in stone so I’m happy to discuss that with anyone interested.
Bills:
- Council tax Band E
- Electric gas & heating (circa £40 each monthly as flat is pretty warm)
- WiFi (£13 each monthly)
Other details:
- Part furnished (double room has a built-in wardrobe but would need to bring your own desk/drawers)
- 2x bathrooms (I have an en-suite so you’d have the bathroom included in the ad photos to yourself)
- Open plan kitchen / living room
- Underground parking space included
- 2 subway stations within 15 mins walk
- 5/10 min walk from central Glasgow
