Lovely furnished Southside flat – 8-month let – £850 bills included

I’m heading abroad for eight months and looking for someone to make my lovely Glasgow Southside flat their home while I’m away!

The flat is on Langside Road in Govanhill, in a great location for enjoying everything the Southside has to offer. It’s a spacious, fully furnished ground-floor flat with:

* A large double bedroom
* A separate, cosy living room with fireplace
* A spacious kitchen with a dining nook
* (Access to an additional room with a raised loft bed with a ladder; this room is not pictured)

The flat is technically a two-bedroom, but I’ll be keeping some of my personal belongings in storage within the flat, including potentially some boxes in the second bedroom. The main bedroom and living spaces will be fully available, and I’ll make sure there’s plenty of room for you to settle in comfortably.

Rent: £850 per month, including council tax, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.

Availability: Approximately eight months, while I’m travelling abroad. From second week of December.

As this is my own home rather than a rental property, I’m keen to find someone reliable, considerate and happy to look after the flat while I’m away. As I’ll be travelling abroad, I may not always be immediately available or able to organise things at short notice. I’m therefore looking for someone reasonably independent and happy to take care of small day-to-day things themselves. I’ll leave instructions and useful contacts for the flat, and of course I’ll remain responsible for arranging and covering any necessary repairs or larger issues. I’d really appreciate someone who treats the flat with care and is happy to look after it as their own home.
