The room is in a bright and spacious flat in the top floor of a traditional tenement building in Ibrox, a 5 minute walk from Ibrox subway station.

You would be sharing the flat with two of us, Cat (30,
they/them) and Clem (29, she/her). We have been friends for 4 years and living together for 2. We are both clean, friendly and respectful flatmates who would be looking for someone similar to join us

We are both fairly busy with work and hobbies but enjoy hanging out together in the flat in the evenings. We share our food and take it turns to do the shopping, cooking (veggie/vegan) and cleaning. We are looking for someone who would be interested in joining us on this but it's not a deal breaker.

Rent
- Rent is £466.67 per month
- Altogether bills are approximately £131.17 per month.
- There is also a £400 deposit.

About the space
- The flat is clean, bright and spacious, with a big kitchen/dining room, and large living room, with plenty of space to work from home if needed.
- The flat has central heating, double glazing, dishwasher, washing machine, fast WiFi and multiple storage cupboards.
- The room is very big with a large bay window and walk-in-wardrobe. It is unfurnished.

Transport / local area
- The location is conveniently placed, 5 minutes from Ibrox subway station, connecting you to the City Centre and the West End.
- The flat is a 20 minute bus ride or cycle away from the Southside and Queen’s Park.
- Bellahouston Park is a 10 minute walk away
- Large Aldi + Asda are a 5 minute cycle / drive away, plus a smaller Co-op 5 minutes away on Paisley Road West.
