The property benefits from excellent transport links to both Glasgow and East Kilbride, with frequent bus services in both directions.
Burnside railway station is also just a 10-minute walk away.
The flat has recently been refurbished and features a bright living area with a balcony overlooking the city of Glasgow, as well as a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with both bath and shower.
We aim to maintain a relaxed, friendly, and respectful environment—generally quiet and tidy, but welcoming.
I want anyone living here to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
The room would suit a student or a clean, hard-working professional looking for a nice well-kept place to live, ideally for a minimum of 3 months (longer-term preferred).
We’re looking for easy-going, reliable, and considerate individuals.
We occasionally have friends over at weekends, and you’re welcome to do the same, provided everyone is respectful of the flat and neighbours.
House guidelines:
No smoking or drug use inside the flat
Not suitable for full-time remote working
Must be respectful and considerate of others.
Tidy up as you go.
Rent includes all utility bills and council tax. You’ll need to provide your own food and toiletries.
Applicants should be willing to undergo a PVG disclosure check if required.
We have good neighbours and a positive, respectful atmosphere in the building.
