✈️Transport Links:
Dalmarnock train station and a major bus route is 5 minutes walk away. It takes 7 minutes on the train into Glasgow Central station in the city centre. There is easy access to the M74, M73, M77 and M8. . Glasgow airport takes about 18 minutes to drive

🛍 Shopping:
There is a large 24 hour Tescos 10 minutes walk away with a Starbucks.. There is also a retail park just over 1 mile away with a large variety of stores.

🎾 Sporting/Leisure facilities:
The Emirates Arena and Velodrome is 5 minutes walk away with facilities for multiple sports. Inside is a Glasgow club gym, a five star Spa and a cafe. There is a rowing club a couple of miles away at Glasgow green.
Opposite the house there is a park accessed by a bridge across the river. It's run by the Forestry Commission and has jogging trails, bike trails, outdoor bouldering, and an outdoor gym. It has a cafe and kids play park as well. Pinkerton water sports are in the centre of town.

Rent is £150/wk inc bills.
I would need a security deposit up front, refundable at the point of leaving.

🌱Cleaning:
I have a cleaner who comes regularly. She can do your share of cleaning of communal areas, your bedroom and shower room for a fee. At extra cost she will also do a bed linen change. 🌱
